Inconsistent - staff off sick & staff changes Emergency situations were poorly managed. As a patient never felt anyone was listening.

She has received sympathetic service with no restriction on the numbers of sessions made available. The only issues encountered were an initial reluctance to give an appointment (only then offered when issues exalated) and an unexpected change of counsellor.

My daughter's caencellor took time to get to know her and relax her. She looks forward to her visits now and is always extremely calm once her visit is over. She has been given techniques to use when anxiety levels rise and uses them daily. The only thing I would change is the initial visit.
